6-1Here you see the entrance to the Romanesque St. Firmin Church in Gordes which was constructed in the 18th century. The church is named after a Bishop of Uzès. I simply love the authenticity of the ancient in this picture…

    Isn’t this rare! We here in the US think something is really old if it is a couple hundred years old and we think of it as disposable, as non-viable! While, all over France and Europe I see what might have been! Thanks for sharing the beauty of old!
